Marketing

How is it that people know about us? Our stellar Marketing team, of course! Marketing is made up of public relations, content marketing and social media management, all working toward engaging our existing customers and finding new ones!

Sales

The Voices.com platform is a very unique product, so we’ve assembled a very unique team of people to sell that product. The Sales staff is a well thought out combination of Business Development Specialists, Account Managers, and Projects Administrators who are all working towards the same common goal - to help our next awesome client get their voice over project completed, on time, and on budget.

Customer Service

Voices.com has thousands of existing customers and strives to gain thousands of new ones every day. Who has time to answer questions via email and phone from voice talent and clients all over the world? The top-notch, cat’s pajamas, bees knees Customer Service team, led stealthily by the Customer Service Manager!

Finance

The planners, schedulers, and process-driving folks of the Voices.com Finance department are the “money people.” Between processing membership subscriptions and forecasting budgetary projections, most everything related to the mighty dollar is the responsibility of our Director of Finance and Operations, and our Finance Associates.

Information Technology

The Voices.com IT department essentially keeps the business going. They keep the website online (Voices.com’s downtime is basically nil), update the website when needed, fix bugs, design things, and code, code, code. This department is made up of the IT Manager, who manages, and the web developers, who develop, well, everything on the website!


How We Hire

The hiring process at Voices.com is fairly straightforward. Let's explore the steps in the process.  

  1. We will usually post online via job boards and social media, plus our own Careers page to get the word out that we’re looking for our next star team member.
  2. We will often begin the interview process before the response deadline for a posting has passed. If you see a job you’re interested in but the deadline is still a couple of weeks away, chances are we’ve already started setting up interviews so you’d better get your resume in ASAP.
  3. Our interview process is twofold. The first interview you’ll have will be with the Human Resources Manager as well as the manager of the department that’s hiring. We keep our interviews very conversational, since we understand it’s as much of an opportunity for you to get to know us as it is for us to get to know you. The first interview is usually no longer than 45 minutes.
  4. After the first interviews have been completed, we will whittle down the list of candidates to our top two or three and invite those people back in for a second interview with Chief Executive Officer David Ciccarelli. You may even have the opportunity to meet Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer Stephanie Ciccarelli, too!  The purpose of this interview is for David & Stephanie to really get to know you, and for you to really understand what we do and why we do it. We call it the "Heart to Heart." You’ll chat with them for about an hour, so be prepared to open up!
  5. Once second interviews have been completed, we usually know with 100% certainty who the best person for the position is, and will extend you a formal job offer by email. This can happen the next day or day after, or can sometimes be as quick as the very same day you came in! After that, the ball is in your court to make the decision as to whether you want to join the amazing Voices.com team.
