Scripts are generally available online all over the internet. Simply access Google or any other search engine and search for 'Public Domain Scripts'
You'll be presented a wide range of options for you to choose from.

As a paid member of the Voices.com service, you are able to download the script collections and an eBook for free. Paid memberships include our Premium Lite, Premium and Platinum membership levels. In order to access the download links you must be a paid subscriber and must be logged in.
Once logged in go to My Account > Account Details and review the Bonus EBooks section for the links.
Also, Voices.com offers two packages of scripts; The Commercial Scripts for Radio and Television Ads and the Voice Over Script Collection for purchase.

Keep in mind, some coaches/trainers/producers consider it NOT best practice to use generic practice scripts on your demo, only scripts tailored to/written for YOUR unique voice/style (something I learned AFTER my first demo was completed). Their other thinking is that potential clients/agents cringe--"Noooo, not THAT clip again." Consider writing your own, as I did, or re-vamping existing snips (avoid ownership or plaigiarism issues).
