I've been very happy with stock20.com.
It's royalty free... and you can purchase by the track... or purchase their entire library. (which I eventually did)
They cover a variety of music genres and IMHO their prices a very competitive YMMV
I also feel they are customer oriented... for examples I had purchased part of their library and then decided to buy the whole deal... and they did NOT make me pay again for the songs I had already purchased. That says a lot to me.
