I have three decades of experience as an announcer. I started as a broadcast journalist, reporting and anchoring radio news. I also have many years of experience as the announcer for a major university marching band and as emcee before live audiences for a summer music festival. In addition, I have done "Voice of God" announcing for large conferences and events, as well as narration for in-house documentaries.

As a marching band announcer I have performed on national TV, at bowl games, and for audiences exceeding 100,000 fans. As a summer music festival announcer I emcee concerts before live audiences. Coupled with my experience in music (piano, clarinet, oboe and bass clarinet), I have an outstanding sense of timing and an ability to read and respond to audiences. My "Voice of God" announcing is top-notch, especially for formal occasions.

I am an excellent writer and editor and can help improve all forms of copy. My many years of experience in public relations, media relations and government affairs have given me a wide understanding of topics, issues, public policy and advocacy, particularly in the fields of health care and insurance.
