I received my degree in vocal performance in 1989 from Cameron University, where I studied opera and acting. I have worked in the telecommunications field for 20+ years. During my entertainment career I have sung everything from opera to original rock to jingles. In my technology career I have recorded countless call center menus, contact center menus, IVR, Interactive Voice Response, voicemail, greetings, announcements, queues, on hold announcements, etc.
