My natural speaking voice is clear and deep. I have a wide range in pitch, and can sound husky or raspy when the job calls for it. I can be spastic and frenetic or cool and calculated. As an actor, I pride myself in having versatility and am constantly working to develop that.
Breathing life into the written, or printed, word has been in my DNA since I emerged from the womb. Indeed, I have plenty to learn, but I know VO is right for me. It's something I'm more assured of each day, and I'm ready to embark on the rollercoaster ride that I know this profession is.
