Customers have spoken highly of my ability to be “quick, articulate, and expressive,” and “he has a great voice, and can be both serious and light."

I am also an operatic baritone, and have appeared in many productions with Opera Carolina, both as a member of the chorus and as a principal artist since 1998. In 2004, I returned home to my native Illinois to appear in a production for the first time in 16 years.

A local reviewer in the Charlotte (NC) Observer remarked “his booming voice was thrilling” from a production of Hansel & Gretel with Opera Carolina in 1999.

In 2007, I had my debut as a principal solo artist with the Peoria Symphony Orchestra in a symphonic production of "Porgy and Bess."

Testimonials

Josh Sacco, The Groundcrew Studios, Charlotte, NC

“George is a real voice pro, with a distinctive voice and an ability to communicate your message, not just read the words. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a special voice talent for their project. And he can really sing too. Bonus!”

Jeff McDowell, Muzak Voice

“I've had the esteemed pleasure of working with George for nearly 4 years, and in that time, I must have sent him 4,000 scripts. Resoundingly, he's always delivered his voice work back to me absolutely spot-on, in record time, and with a distinct professionalism that seems to be increasingly lacking in the VO industry. He's prideful of his work -- and it shows! Thanks, George!”

Katrina Crowell, Copywriter, Strategic Media Inc.

“Working with George was a pleasure. Not only was he able to give us the exact reads that our client was looking for, but he was able to turn around audio files quickly. George was really open to feedback and committed to getting us the reads that we needed in the time frame that we needed it (even with creative hurdles that occurred on our end). In a deadline driven atmosphere; prompt, quality reads are so important – George delivered.”

David J. Hammond, Promotions Manager, ROOT Sports Northwest (DirecTV)

“George was able to capture the essence of what we were looking for and add his own personal touch, making the end result that much better”

“We listened to many voiceover talents, but George really stood out. He took the time to understand the project and deliver exactly what we were looking for. His response time and communication throughout the process is also top-notch!”
