Lindsay began her acting career in Portland, Oregon, at Portland Civic Theater, where she studied musical theater and dramatic arts. She continued to perform in community theater throughout college in San Francisco, and later in Tokyo, Japan, where she studied with acclaimed drama coach, Sandy Weiss. At that time, she performed with Tokyo International Players and Ueno Gakuen.

While living abroad, Lindsay was introduced to voice acting, and she booked gigs with InterFM radio and Kokusai Productions, both for recording ESL training materials.

Upon relocating back to the United States, she studied voice acting under the direction of Taylor Korobow and C.W. Wolf at acclaimed voice-over academy "The Voice Factory" in San Francisco. She also studied with Beau Bonneau and Nancy Hayes in San Francisco. In Los Angeles, she completed advanced instruction with legendary voice-over artist and instructor, Marc Cashman.

In addition to voice acting, Lindsay is a skilled television reporter and a writer.
