Bobbi is excellent, the consummate professional! When she posted her bid, she provided information on her prior experience with audio recordings for intelligent tutoring systems and explained her process for creating individual files for each word and sentence. After we started the job, she responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. She was remarkably fast in turning around files (including individual re-recordings on our request), and she patiently advised us on the payment process (SurePay system).
