To be fair, the client was not at fault. The fault lay in the system. I had provided a full read on day one, and this was clearly visible on the system. However, the client seems not to have had access to this. Indeed, it was only when I received a phone call from Canada late in the evening that I was even aware that, despite the file being visible to me, it needed to be uploaded a second time so the client had access to it.
