David Ciccarelli, Chief Executive Officer. As the founder of Voices.com, David offers management experience as well as a clear vision for the future. Most recently, David was nominated as the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award by the Business Development Bank of Canada and presented Voices.com as a New Voices winner at DigiFest, an award recognizing Voices.com as an industry leader who provides digital media products and innovations that contribute to Canada's economic and cultural future. In 2000, David graduated from the Ontario Institute of Audio Recording Technology with an Honor's Degree in Audio Technology.

Stephanie Ciccarelli, Public Relations Manager. With experience in human resources, vocal production, and copy writing skills, Voices.com co-founder Stephanie is able to effectively communicate the objectives of Voices.com to voice actor and client members through the Voices.com blog network and weekly eNews mailings, personalizing the experiences for all prospects and customers of Voices.com. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Musical Arts from the Don Wright Faculty of Music at the University of Western Ontario, specializing in vocal education and performance. She is also the author of The Podcasting Ebook: Your Complete Guide to Podcasting and The Definitive Guide To Voice-Over Success, and The Voice-Over Script Collection.

Laurynda Pasma, Product Manager. Laurynda has been in the customer service industry for over 11 years and a staff member with Voices.com since April 2006. She has previously worked in retail, finance and technical support. While at Voices.com she has worked as the Customer Care Manager and has now become our Product Development Manager. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is currently working on her Financial and Cost Accounting Diploma. She is deeply committed to providing the best service possible to users of Voices.com and helping to improve the Voices.com experience.

Erica Bontje, Sales and Marketing Manager. Erica is a recent graduate of the University of Western Ontario where she majored in Film Studies. Before joining the team at Voices.com she could be found working in the trenches of call centres, golf course pro shops, and on snow-covered mountaintops instructing and coaching snowboarders. These days when she is not assisting clients find great voice actors for their projects, she enjoys blogging with her sisters and planning her wedding for the spring of 2009.

Lin Parkin, Customer Care Manager. Lin has worked in the customer service field for 10 years. Her experience has taken her from the retail environment, to office work, and on-line service. She is professional, friendly, and enjoys getting to know her customers on a personal level. Lin has a passion for the arts. She loves live theatre and has volunteered behind the scenes for Play Houses, participated in acting workshops, and is a writer by hobby. She also has an appreciation for visual arts and has taken many floral arranging classes, developing a flare for the modern touch. Carol Mroz, Billing Manager. Carol has a wide range of experience that includes more than 15 years of customer service, office administration and bookkeeping. Carol has been a staff member since July 2005 and has obtained a wide range of knowledge related to the voice over industry. Carol also volunteers locally as a sign language interpreter for the deaf.

Wesley Leonard, Systems Administrator. As chief programmer and systems administrator, Wesley is responsible for infrastructure maintenance, infrastructure development, and web application development. With a proficiency in problem solving and computer programming, Wesley is able to efficiently create solutions, implement new technologies, and implement new revenue generating services. Wesley has graduated from Central Michigan University with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
