Experience
Over 30-years in radio & TV commercials, videogames, audiobooks, animations, theme park shows, corporate videos, website VO, announcing and more.
As a radio personality, I also served as Creative Director for several stations, writing, producing, directing and voicing many commercials and station imaging. Through the years, I used my character voice skills to do multiple voice ads, and even played the role of the "announcer" in the ads. That's the sort of versatility I always offer my clients.
What sort of characters?
John Ratzenberger AKA Cliff Clavin on "Cheers" AKA Ham in "Toy Story," etc, complete with that lovable Boston accent
Bill Clinton
Elroy Jetson from "The Jetsons"
Magneto from "The X-Men"
Santa Claus (one of my most requested!)
Boris Karloff
Arnold Schwarzenegger
Elmer Fudd
Hal 9000 (from "2001: A Space Odyssey")
Andy Rooney
Duke Nukem
Paul Lynde (actor & voice of many classic cartoons)
Additionally, I have created dozens of character voices for many projects. Voices for big, little (and everything in between) characters. Silly animals, scary and evil men, children, old men - even women a time or two! I can be that raspy drill sergeant or coach, the bumbling, silly old man, the effeminate hairdresser, the evil mad scientist (complete with scary laughs), the cute little pig or groundhog, a cowardly lion or a bold and brave tiger!
When I'm not bringing out all of the characters, I am narrating videos, PowerPoints, slide shows and e-learning projects.
And my skills go beyond voice-over. If you need full audio production, I have over 30-years of production experience - producing radio commercials and station imaging.
If you're a voice-talent in need of demos, I offer affordable packages that include scripts, direction via Skype, and complete production of the demos.
But wait! There's more!
I also write. As Creative Director and for myself, I have written hundreds of commercials and podcasts.
Am I a 1-man band?
Absolutely not! Throughout my years in the business, I have developed relationships with many voice talents. When a project requires multiple voices, I have quite a stable of both male and female talents.
Finally, my desires. My main interests in voice-over (but not limited to) are videogames, documentary narration, and radio & TV commercials.
Let me put my skills to work for your next project, and I promise you this: you will be completely satisfied. My reputation depends on it.
My characters and I will talk to you soon!
Warm Regards,
~Scooter

Fantastic, just fantastic... well worth every dime... true all around professional with his own studio, and I am very, very pleased...
Cox Media
Scott goes the extra mile and turns work around quickly. When I first discovered him on Voices.com, I had 60 some odd people audition for me. His audition stood out immediately. Scott was the only person who took the extra time to listen to my needs. His audition impressed me right away and he got the job! He's got a voice that fits the 1960's and 1970's era perfectly (very Gary Owens) , so I like to go to him when I need a retro feel to my commercial production.
