What is VoiceMatch?
VoiceMatch is a recommendation engine that voice talent can use to identify how qualified they are for a particular job, and to prioritize audition time to jobs they are more suited to. When a client receives auditions back on their job, the auditions are sorted by VoiceMatch score, with the best matched voice talent (those with the highest VoiceMatch score) on top.
How does VoiceMatch work?
VoiceMatch compares a talent’s profile with a client’s job posting. When reviewing a talent’s Voices.com profile, VoiceMatch considers attributes they have entered on their Bio, and tags they have identified on their various demos. When looking at a client’s job posting, it considers the list of talent attributes the client has indicated they are looking for on that particular job. The more attributes that match between the talent’s profile and the client’s job posting, the higher the talent’s VoiceMatch score will be for that job.
The maximum possible VoiceMatch score is 100, with 10 points assigned for each of the following matches:

How Can You Improve Your VoiceMatch Score?
The absolute best way to ensure your VoiceMatch scores accurately reflect your skills and abilities is to fully complete your Bio, and thoroughly tag each and every one of your demos.
On your Bio, after selecting your gender, you have the option of selecting up to 10 languages, up to 30 accents and up to 5 (or all of the available) voice age options. On each of your demos, you have the option of selecting up to 3 accents, 5 roles, and 10 styles. Take advantage of these options to be thoughtful and thorough in your selections, without adding any that are not truly reflective of you or your particular demo.
In addition to making sure your Bio and Demo details are completed, another way you can improve your VoiceMatch score is to have many demos uploaded on your Voices.com profile – as many as it takes to represent your varied skills and talents. We want to send you as many jobs as we can that match your abilities, and that is how we will identify what those are.
