No other position I've had offered me the same level of teamwork and camaraderie (really to the level of family) that I get here. Working in Marketing enables me to continually keep sharpening my skills, enables me to stay creative, and keeps me interacting with all departments and customers - what more could you ask for?

The company culture at Voices is exactly what I was looking for. You have unlimited support from everyone in the building and they really make an effort to focus on the wellbeing of their people. I really like the balance here in terms of, autonomy and teamwork. There is great employee benefits, extra incentives, transparency across the board, and the ability to improve both personally and professionally. A quick example of how Voices invests in their people is by providing every employee with "LinkedIn learning" where we get paid for four hours every month to learn whatever we want and it doesn't even have to directly be associated with your role. The sales team here is top notch and are always open to new ideas, setting goals and adjusting them when necessary.

How We Hire

The hiring process at Voices.com is fairly straightforward. Let's explore the steps in the process.  

How We Hire: Job Search

Search

After you submit your application through our Careers page, it will be reviewed by someone on our Human Resources team. We review every application and select which candidates we’d like to talk to over the phone.

How We Hire: Interviewing a candidate

Interview

If selected, you will receive a preliminary call from someone on our Human Resources team. After this conversation, you may be invited to meet with a member of the Human Resources team, as well as the hiring manager of the department for an interview. After the first interviews have been completed, we will select our top two or three and invite those people back in for a second interview with Chief Executive Officer, David Ciccarelli and our Chief Brand Officer, Stephanie Ciccarelli.  We call this phase the “Heart to Heart,” but essentially, it’s an opportunity for David & Stephanie to really get to know you, and for you to really understand what we do and why we do it. Be prepared to open up!

How We Hire: Deciding on a candidate

Select

Once second interviews have been completed, we usually know with 100% certainty who the best person for the position is, and will extend you a formal job offer by email. This can happen the next day (or day after), but it can sometimes be as quick as the very same day you came in! After that, the ball is in your court to make the decision as to whether you want to join the amazing Voices.com team.
