As we begin today, I invite you to find a space which is inviting comfortable and relaxing. You may find yourself most comfortable in an upright sitting position, or perhaps you prefer to lay down whichever calls to you is the best for you. I now invite you to consider the words you would choose to describe the emotion or physical sensation you wish to release today and now consider the experience you would prefer to have mentally, emotionally or physically. After you've chosen your words, we begin to move into our trance through our breath. I encourage you to bring these words along. They are your tools for transformation. Take a deep breath in on fully experience. Relax Asia with each long, slow, inhale, expand your ribs. Just a little father, and on each exhale consciously slow your breathing. On this next breath you will breathe and twice is D and twice as long now allow yourself to see in your mind a picture of the words you choose to release. They own all the details. Take note of the colors, the way it is written, the size and any other quality you may find. Now imagine yourself approaching those words in the picture and blowing out as you exhale here and your physical body. Allow that breath to translate into your mind's eye and watch that breath dissipate those release words. Perhaps they gently float away. Or maybe, is it abrupt disappearance. However they leave, you know your breath is powerful and supports this release. And now on your next breath, and I want you to envision the words you choose to replace the Old West. See them appear in the same picture now claiming their space again. Note all the details and qualities you experience here. Explore how it feels to connect with these new words you chose. Allow the positive associations to wash over. You see them as a cloud of relaxation, floating from your crown over your heart, across your hips and pulling over your feet. Feel how light and supported you are. And as you feel into your body, take note of where any heaviness or discomfort remains. Ask yourself if these were a color, what would they be? See that color in the place of your pain or discomfort. Now imagine with your next breath in all that color being gathered into your lungs, pulling it out of every corner of your body as if drawn by a magnet. And once your lungs air so full they can't expand anymore, exhale slowly and watch in your mind's eye. As that color leaves your body watches, it floats away and transforms into a beautiful new landscape. Now shift your focus to the beauty of the landscape you just created. Take notice the sky, the layer of the animals, the quality of the air and the smoke as you inhale. Breathe in the scent of this new place and ask yourself what new colors you might want to feel instead of that which you just released. What would feel better? See this color of filling your lungs with your next inhale. Watch it grow in the center of your chest with each breath. Allow it to radiate out from your lungs as ripples in a pool do. Gently enveloping your entire body with the new color now is become back to our bodies into a present consciousness. I invite you to take one more intentional cleansing breath. As I count down from thigh, you will become stronger in your consciousness and move back into your body. Bye. Four, three, two, one. Take a moment with a pen and paper and a journal. Write down what you experienced belt saw. Understood whatever it may be, then come back to this journal and a day or two. See what you vote, See how it is to relive the experience. I know that you can always come back to the sky did experience and that you are in an ever evolving state of consciousness.
