The aim of these exercises is to contract your hip muscles against your own resistance while your leg remains stationary. Perform these exercises on both sides. If required for hip flexion, raise your right knee and place your hands over the top of the knee. Now attempt to raise your knee higher, while resistance this movement with your hands, continue this resistance for about 10 seconds. Repeat this exercise three times.
