Welcome to the digital center. This SharePoint site provides information, training policies and more to support all digital projects across ultra gen X. The digital center is a service provided by the digital core team or D C T individuals from across the company representing functions with significant digital engagement. The core team develops digital strategy standards and guidelines, reviews and approves new initiatives, provides Council on the direction of existing programs, prioritizes and helps develop training and identifies the resource is necessary to deliver on the company's digital strategy. This Internet, the Digital Center, is an information hub to serve all ultra Gen X employees. Here, you will find centralized resource is training policies and other useful documentation to support all digital initiatives across ultra gen X. The goals of the core team in developing the digital center are to maximize the digital capabilities of all our employees development maintained successful company wide standards and processes, identify and deploy best in class technologies, vendors and solutions, and ensure compliance with all digital requirements. In this training area of the site, you will find a list of relevant courses in compliance wire, such as a course on general data protection regulation and another on the implications of regulatory requirements for our use of social media overtime. Additional courses will be added and updated. Also posted on the digital center is a list of ultra Gen X approved vendors and their contact information and internal references. Look here first. If you are considering engaging in outside partner for any digital project, the D C T will maintain and post documentation such as best practices or official policies that are relevant for digital initiatives. One of the most important items on the digital center, SharePoint, is the digital application. Completion of this form is required for any new or revamped digital initiative. This application process has been created to enable company wide visibility to all digital projects, assets, domains and more. This increased visibility will help us manage our digital landscape and ensure that it is integrated, intentional, interactive and, most importantly, secure. The digital core team will review all applications and respond promptly with any questions or guidance. We're pleased to welcome you to this new digital center.
