You can buy a Package in three simple steps: 1. Click Continue to place an order. 2. Tell Alaina about your project. 3. Alaina will complete your project within the given timeframe. Download your files and you're done.

Payment is managed through our SurePay™ payment protection service: 1. Pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal through Voices. 2. Voices holds your funds until you're satisfied with Alaina's work. 3. When the work is done, download your files.

Your delivery includes one version up front, and one round of artistic edits (i.e. variation in pace or tone) if needed. Further artistic edits (including pickups exceeding 2 sentences) will come at a flat rate of $125 per request.

I can accommodate most any file type/bit rate/stereo or mono – wav, aiff, and mp3 are the most common types my clients request.

I can accommodate Source Connect Standard, Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or traditional phone call. Session fees are $125 per hour on top of the project fee.

I work in a professionally treated home studio to provide you with clean, raw audio. I also have access to a suite of professional audio plugins. I use a Neumann TLM 103 & Scarlett Focusrite 2i2 preamp on a Mac desktop.

This is why we have a revision policy (see FAQ). You are welcome to provide any and all artistic feedback until we have a delivery you are happy with. If you or your client would like to maximize versions of the project, I recommend a live session.

I am not able to accommodate live playback or assembly on session on my own, but you are more than welcome to hire an outside engineer to run the session if you would like someone to provide these services for you.
