All the resource is videos, events and leaders that keep the fire inside you. This is what makes everything move. If you lose inspiration, your team will do the same. You can't expect the highest to be inspired if you're not the first to be inspired to passion. The passion for the product is undoubtedly important, but it is no less important than your personal passion for the business. This must be demonstrated and has an effect on others. You see it from the level of dedication. When you are always on the peace and work continuously with energy, you positively influence. Others passed on your determination and your passion, and it is essential to look to members of your group. Grow three enthusiasm, passion and inspiration or elements that are personal. But as we have already said, they also influence others. These manifest your enthusiasm. If you do not transmit enthusiasm, your team will give up and disappear 100% in a short time. We should not be afraid to exaggerate with enthusiasm. Better too much than too little. If you don't have enthusiasm, this business probably isn't for you. You always have to have it always want to dio be annoyed when you can't physically give yourself in and work. Four. Conviction all of 1st 3 points. Very important, but the most important and useful to make people say yes is to show conviction, make people understand that you have a vision and where you are going that you will go there with or without them. The conviction, awareness and trust in the project and in yourself will have an extraordinary power emotionally involved people. If you were not a convinced person, you are weak, and for this nobody will follow you both in life and in business. No one follows a week or a person who is not 100% convinced that he could do it. It would be stupid. So first you're convinced and then the others are too. You can't try, You have to dio, you must be deeply convinced when you do it. This business is not for weak people. Otherwise, when the hard times come, you won't have any help of overcoming them.
