About Beau

Currently ranked as one of the 50 best VO Actors in the world, Beau has been working as a full-time, professional voice artist for five years. During this time, he has worked extensively across a wide range of voice disciplines, from commercials to audiobooks and video games to corporate narration, and everything in-between. He has been lucky enough to work with clients from over 70 different countries. Beau has an MFA in Professional Voice from the acclaimed Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. This gives him a unique understanding of the requirements of different applications of vocal performance, and the tutelage of BOVTS' world-renowned faculty has honed his performance skills to their rigorous standard that has shaped performers including Daniel Day-Lewis, Olivia Colman, Jeremy Irons and Patrick Stewart. Currently based in London, Beau is professional, dedicated and knowledgeable about voice, and the satisfaction of his previous clients speaks to this. As well as voice acting, Beau works as a dialect coach for film, TV and theatre, working with the likes of Netflix, Amazon and the National Theatre to promote realistic accents in actors' performances. Beau is also an Professor of Voice and Dialect at a number of higher education institutions, including his alma mata. Beau is also the Co Founder of Accentify, a new app designed to make accent learning more accessible to actors using AI technology.
