I provide 1 round of revisions in the base price. Usually this includes a reasonable amount of changes (5-10 lines). For paragraphs worth of revisions, I'll normally charge a pickup session fee.
I use all industry-standard equipment... the same you'd find in NYC or LA studios. I also have a soundproof booth. I use all boutique gear... from mics, preamps, EQ, compressors to converters, etc.
