Payment is managed through our SurePay™ payment protection service: 1. Pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal through Voices. 2. Voices holds your funds until you're satisfied with Brandon's work. 3. When the work is done, download your files.
Whatever file you need, I'll do my best to provide you that. The common ones I deliver are wav and MP3 files.
My goal is to always work with the client until they are happy. If that means working through adjustments (within reason), then I'm happy to do that. I have thorough communication with my clients before hitting 'record'.
A round of minor revisions is on the house. Rereads or script changes result in extra charges. Keep in mind that I will communicate with you, in the beginning, to ensure I am recording the style you are looking for.
