Description

Internet video to explain the University of Virginia's job assessment process to mostly non-professional staff. I rewrote the script and performed the voiceover in an "everyman's" voice. I'm very proud of this project, because I took an extremely bureaucratic, confusing and boring explanation of a complex process and converted it to an easily understood and audibly palatable (uh, entertaining) lesson for the common citizen. The client loved the rewrite.
