Step one We will load what we call a channel, which is what eventually will hold the 17 clips into the nest. We will then load a feeder, which is what moves those clips through the device into the nest. Then the nest gets put into our clip loading machine. Step two of the assembly process is loading the clips. We take the nest that we had in Step one and place it into our clip loading machine. The Clip Loader allows us to manipulate the clips into a predetermined position. After each clip is put into position, it will inspect that the clips are in the correct position, letting the operator know that once the process is completed, all 17 clips are in the correct position and can move the nest to step three of the assembly process.
