Near me is an online service that allows you to have video appointments with a wide range of services including health housing benefits and social care. It works in much the same way as Zoom or facetime and there are just a few simple steps for you to follow. You'll be sent a letter, text or email containing the details of your appointment, including a web link to copy into your browser. You can use a computer, laptop tablet or smartphone, just make sure it has a microphone, a webcam speakers or headphones and the place you're calling from has a reasonable internet connection.
