Hey, all just may want to bring you a quick tip on how to start eating spicier and spicier every day. First step is to start low. Some people are born with an innate resistance of spicy, but not everybody is. And that's okay. You can build up your tolerance. So for starters, try something simple. Something you like. Tabasco baby. Don't go straight into the jalapenos, a role that, except to find a flavor that you really like. There's a lot of different flavors out there. Experiment a bit and see what you really like. Their flavors, like spicy mayo, serrata and so much more. Don't forget to build on it little by little every time, taking just a little bit further of a step in level of spiciness, and eventually, with a little bit of practice, you'll be able to get to where you want to be.
