You can buy a Package in three simple steps: 1. Click Continue to place an order. 2. Tell Claire about your project. 3. Claire will complete your project within the given timeframe. Download your files and you're done.

Payment is managed through our SurePay™ payment protection service: 1. Pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal through Voices. 2. Voices holds your funds until you're satisfied with Claire's work. 3. When the work is done, download your files.

My mistakes, such as mispronunciations or missing words are always fixed at no charge. The base fee includes at least 1 round of revisions (artistic/script edits) at no additional charge, but revisions beyond that point will need to be negotiated.

For live directed sessions, I typically connect over Zoom (or the video conference platform of the client's choice) while simultaneously recording high quality files on Adobe Audition to be delivered to the client directly after the session.

For final files, by default I will deliver wav files, but am also happy and capable of delivering AIF or mp3 if the client would prefer.
