Let's walk through the process of clearing a print job to clear a stack print job. Follow these simple steps. First, click the Windows Start menu button, then select Settings Control panel and then printers and faxes. A list of all the printers is now displayed. Select your HP printer by double clicking on its icon or by right clicking and selecting. Open. This new window shows your print queue list to cancel any job in the list. Simply right. Click on the print job that's stuck in the document. Name column. Then select Cancel. Most likely this is the first item in the list. Finally, click yes to delete the print shop from the list.
