this guy was the shortest grown up I ever seen. He walked like the Energizer Bunny had crawled up his butt. He had on a suit, But you could tell how he was just skin and bones underneath it. He wrote his name on the whiteboard, Mr Sun. He gave us the whole deal with his class speech, then handed out a quiz quiz on the first day of school. He said he just wanted to find out where everyone was. I knew where I was and I didn't like it. When the dude in front of me handed me the quiz, I thought there was some mistake. It was like four pages long. This wasn't no quiz. It was like college work or something. It started out pretty basic, easy addition and subtraction. Then it moved on to numbers with three and four digits. I flipped the page. Every section started easy and got hard at the end. There were even some graphs on the last page. My head started pounding. I turned to a girl near me who was touching up her eye shadow, got a pencil. She rolled her eyes and kept checking herself out in the mirror. She didn't even bother to look at the quiz. I was in the corner, so there was only one other person close by. I leaned forward and tapped him on the shoulder. Got a pencil? No talking during the quiz, the teacher said.
