While others will need to put in more effort to achieve clarity, this is normal. It should not be expected that you will feel perfect overnight because lifestyle depends on what you do consistently. It also means brain fog won't be dispelled by trying to make massive changes all in one go. Rather, it's made by incorporating small changes one at a time.
