Payment is managed through our SurePay™ payment protection service: 1. Pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal through Voices. 2. Voices holds your funds until you're satisfied with Dan's work. 3. When the work is done, download your files.

I use top-notch audio equipment, including a Rode NT1 microphone, a Zoom UAC-232 32-bit Audio Interface, and a 2021 M1 MacBook Pro. All my recording takes place in my quiet, professional home studio using Adobe's Audition Digital Audio Workstation.

I can export mp3, WAV, AIFF, and FLAC files depending on your requirements. Unless you say otherwise, I will deliver all my files at 32-bit (floating) with a 48K sampling rate.

I usually deliver two takes per script. Please let me know if you need additional takes, and I'll be happy to provide what you need.

Performance Mistakes: Mispronunciations or missing words are fixed at no charge. Artistic Edits: Two rounds of feedback concerning pacing or tone are included at no charge. I typically charge $25 for each round afterward.

We are in this together. So I’ll make sure you are happy with the result.

Two rounds of rewrites that are less than 10% of the final script are included at no charge. Additional rounds typically cost $25 for each round afterward. So that you know - rewrites beyond 10% will be quoted upon request.

I check to make sure your script meets American grammar and phrasing standards. The client will approve any changes before voicing.

If you're interested in a live-directed session, I'm happy to help! We can connect via Source Connect, Zoom, Meta Messenger, or WhatsApp. There is a session fee.

I work from 9 am to 6 pm (with an hour for lunch) Monday-Friday. I live in the Phoenix area, so my time zone is Mountain Standard Time November-March and Pacific Standard Time for the rest of the year. For international clients, I'm GMT -7 hours.
