Wilbur and Orville. Just about any school kid knows they invented the airplane. They weren't just inventors and visionaries. They weren't just the world's first pilots. They were teachers they taught, have Arnold how to fly and how to look at the world from a new perspective. He went on to create a little thing called the United States Air Force. Those who can do those who can't teach to even more Air University, a global campus headquartered at Maxwell Air Force Base, the site off Wilbur Wright's original flying school. Today we continue the tradition of teaching airman toe. Look at the world differently, be developed leaders the best among us. Come here toe learn from the best among us. Iron sharpens iron. If you come here to teach its you will be tested. The most lethal weapons the world's ever known are being developed right now at Air University. They are the minds of airman. You can teach the future to the future. But you can prepare the next generation to change our world, to lead us in times of war, to lead us into a vision of air space and cyber power. We can't yet imagine. True leaders don't create followers. They create more leaders. An ancient proverb tells us that society grows great when our elders plant trees whose shade they know, they shall never sit in plant seeds that will reach beyond horizons beyond time That will grow into the leaders of tomorrow. We are the instructors and faculty of the Air University. We are wonder and imagination. We are invention and innovation and we are the drive to fly, fight and win. We are a place of learning and daring and discovery. We will test your limits, challenge your thinking and make you a better you and we will lead you to leadership. People came here thinking they were learning to fly when what we've really been teaching for over 80 years is toe build your own wings. Aim High Airman
