A year ago, I was this anxious person with some health problems. I was desperate to find a workout routine to help me fight stress and improve my physical form. At the same time I tried yoga running, swimming, going to the gym, but nothing would stick, and then I fell in love with flow ropes. This workout doesn't really feel like a workout. I like to describe it as a kind of moving meditation. Since it's really therapeutic, I surely saw my body getting in shape too. I lost weight and gained more flexibility. So now when life gets just too much I take my robe for a spin.
