The next is a passage from a beginner's guide to tonal chakra development called The Secret of Your Inner tone by Dan Shuffler. In the page 38 this a title reads the tombs. There are three key elements to the tonal chakra development system, the breath, the inner ear and awareness with abdominal breathing. We guide panic energy to the location of our body established by the awareness of the frequency of our inner tone and harmonizing with the frequency of the chakra. When our inner tone harmonizes with the frequency of a given chakra, we become aware of a sensation in our body at the location of the chakra. Harmonizing our inner tone with that of a given chakra will generate a sensation of activation. But it is when we pull the energy into the chakra with abdominal breathing that we begin to clear and open up the chakra. This harmony allows energy to expand and heal any correlating physical mental and emotional blockages associated with this chakra. A minimal understanding of these three elements. Breath tone and awareness will help you build a strong foundation for your energy to work. The panic breath in Sanskrit is life force that which sustains us on a cellular and nuclear level. The breath of life, pranic breathing allows us to saturate our being with this life force, creating health and harmony in the body, mind and spirit. When we draw breath into the body, normally, we are focused on our heartbeat and upper chest, drawing most of the air into the top of our lungs on the inhale. While our lower lungs remain much less active. If we wish to directly engage with the life force that surrounds us, the chronic energy that sustains all life, we must learn to activate the lower portion of our lungs through abdominal breathing. Abdominal breathing is achieved by focusing on the seat of your call the bottom of the tail bone and the then drawing the breath from the base of the spine at the tail bone up through the lower abdomen and into the bottom of the lungs. While inhaling through the nose, chronic breathing is applying a cyclical rhythm to the timing of the breath. A specific duration of time or count is given to the inhale the exhale and a hold when the lung are full and again, when they are completely empty. First, we direct panic energy to a specific point in our body with our breath. Then we suspend the breath in that location momentarily revitalizing and clearing out any stock energy in that area of the body. We then excel for a giving count to expel any stock energy from our field. An example of a chronic breath cycle could be to inhale for a six count, bringing energy into the body and suspending the breath for a three count, saturating a given area of the body with that energy, then we slowly excel and release any stuck energy for another six counts as we allow it to flow freely through that area of the body and make sure to expel the air completely from the lungs. We then suspend the breath for another three counts to begin the cycle. Again. We will use both abdominal and chronic breathing techniques for the tonal chakra development system to gain full awareness of our energy body. As we begin to feel the chronic energy awakening the body, we can then direct our attention to root chakra located at the base of the spine, we inhale into the tail wound, allowing our lower abdomen to expand and open the root chakra on the el. Then we continue to pull the energy up the spine while inhaling through the nose. As we direct our attention to the second chakra, the sacral chakra and repeat the cycle as this energy then travels up up the body, it opens up of the chakras along the spinal column and up through the top of the head. The aim of panic breathing is to activate each chakra in turn as we fill our bodies with panic energy from the base of our spine to the top of our head. As each chakra is open, we feel the energy and the area expand on our body becomes wonderfully relaxed and open to the quantum field as we breathe into these chakras and open them the associated organs and areas of the body that receive this cleansing and nurturing chronic energy are replenished to optimal function. When we master this breathing of energy through the body and do it on a regular basis. We are opening and releasing any physical, emotional and mental trauma. Through this cleansing process, we feel lighter, happier and have greater vision and clarity. The goal of meditation and pray breathing together is opening and maintaining balance in the chakras living and enjoying a more full and authentic life, experiencing your highest abilities, deepest connections and most desirable timelines. The goal of the tonal chakra development system is to give you a tool to give this energy wherever you want to in the body, whenever you want to and whatever you are using your inner tone as a guide. Breathing is the greatest pleasure in life. Giovanni Pani frequency, everything in a known physical universe has a vibration frequency is the rate at which a vibration occurs that constitutes a wave either in a material as in sound waves or in an electromagnetic field as in radio waves. And light, we measure frequency in Hertz which is a distance between the peak of the one wave to the peak of its adjacent wave. In a constant vibration. If an object operates at a 60 Hertz like a light bulb, then that object or its function is oscillating 60 times in the duration of one second. In the case of the light bulb, the light filament literally flashes on and off 60 times within the duration of one second. Since most people only perceive light at between 50 to 60 Hertz or frames per Hertz. Second, the light is perceived as continuous musicians and physicists know that when two objects are tuned to the same frequency and placed in close proximity, when one object is activated, the other will begin to resonate as well. When a guitar strikes a tuning fork, 440 Hertz and places it on the body of their instrument, a tone is produced from the instrument. When the A string is perfectly tuned to the tuning fork, 440 Hertz, it will vibrate when the tuning fork is a struck and held near it even without contact to the body of the instrument. So you see any, any object that is tuned or harmonized at the same frequency as any other object because it becomes quantum entangled in a parasympathetic relationship. Exchanging information instantly in radio waves. This information is carried at the peak of the every wave. When we assign a radio station a frequency and you tune your radio to it, you instantly receive the information from the source of the signal, the signal does not start from its point of origin and then up where it is received rather, the wave already exists at both ends at the same time. So when we open our chakras, we are just tuning a receiver to the given frequency of a quantum radio station. Instantly, our bodies have a specific frequency, our organs, our cells and our thoughts and emotions all have individual and specific frequencies as well. When we get blood transfusion or an organ transplant, we have to make sure the frequencies of the donor are compatible to that of the recipient. Different blood types have different frequencies. When it comes to the quantum field, we are talking about the mother of all radio stations as it is the original and foundation of all delineations of fr frequency that exist in the known universe. It is the frequencies of the quantum field that we will be applying to the techniques that follow with our knowledge that every one of our chakras has a resonant frequency with they related organs in the body. We begin to tune in to the frequency of each chakra to receive the quantum signal. And in turn activating the trackers, sending the same signal to the organs in the body and the body as a whole. This is how the healing begins awareness. When we become aware of something we are giving it our full attention. At that moment, Augustus of wind may bring our our awareness to the weather at that moment and the feeling of the breeze bathing our skin. We pay attention to crossing the street. When we become aware of a moving vehicle in meditation and energy work, we take that awareness to the more subtle levels of energy in our bodies. Sensation is our awareness of a feeling in the body. Whether it be pain or pleasure, anxiety or peace. The sensation of openness and joy we find in love or the feeling of construction that comes from fear, awareness of the energy in our bodies requires some broken attention to any area of the body. We are focusing on at that moment. If we focus on our solar plexus and pay attention to our breath moving into this area, we become aware of a sub subtle sensation at our point of focus. If you imagine fingernails dragging across a sho chalkboard, then you may experience the awareness of the same sensation in the solar plexus as well. This psychosomatic sensation is produced by the pitch you regenerate from your inner ear. Awareness is an integral part of the tonal chakra development system. As we will use this awareness of the sub energies in the body. In conjunction with the tone, we will consciously generate with our inner ear to locate and open our chakras. We will bring awareness to the sensation that the tone from our inner ear creates and then adjust that tone to the location of one of the chakras. We will also bring awareness to our breathing as we guide chronic energy with the breath to the chakra. Now identified by our inner tone, we expand our awareness of our energy body as we continue this process, opening the other chakras in our energy body. When all of our chakras are open at once, our awareness is expanded to the whole body and our connection to the quantum field. The inner ear awareness and mastery of the inner ear are key elements of the Tomo chakra development system. Fortunately, they are natural, natural abilities we as humans are born with and they are very easy to remember how to use the inner ear with. Speak of is not the fragile bone structure of our bio biological ear that we use for ballad. It is imaginative ear that hears our thoughts. We use our inner ear every time we listen to our favorite song in our head. If we can think in sentences, we can think in songs, mastery of the inner ear is obtained when we move from the listener to the composer of the music of the mind. In music, the frequency of a tone is defined as a pitch and musical notes are representations of the relative pitch. We are going to learn to raise and lower the pitch of our inner tone through the frequencies of 396 hertz to 963 hertz. It is within this range of frequency that we activate the seven major chakras in our body to isolate your inner tone. Just relax and think of a familiar sound. It could be the garbage truck beeping in the morning or the sound of the microwave when your food is done. These sounds that you hear could be your favorite song. The point is to use a sound or tone that is familiar. This will make it easy to tune into our inner ear with our awareness. Now that we have a connection with the inner ear, we can begin to open its wrench with this same technique. Just think of a familiar tone and hear it in your imagination, then raise and lower that tone with your inner ear. Think of how an opera singer might warm up their vocal chords. Since our inner ear is free from the limitations of our vocal range, we can hit those same notes to bring awareness to the range and tone of our inner ear. A good practice to bring awareness to the range of frequency that we will use to open up the seven chakras in the body is to tune your inner ear while imagining an emergency siren, hear the siren sounding from low to high and back again, bringing your awareness to the tone as it travels back and forth along the range of the siren. This practice will help us begin to identify the location of the chakras in our body as well. When you use your inner ear to move the tone of the siren up and down your spine will begin to feel sensations in your body moving with it. When the tone harmonizes with the frequency of one of the chakras, say the heart chakra 594 Hertz. Then that chakra begins to activate. It is at that point in our practice that we will draw chronic energy with our breath into the that location and fully activate it. When the heart chakra is activated with our inner tone, we feel all warm and fussy inside. When we draw energy into this location, we feel unfettered, joyed, bliss and love. Once you get the hang of this practice, you can do it anywhere and at any time activating any or all of your chakras standing in line is a good time to practice. You can even harmonize your inner ear to sing along with your favorite song on the radio. The more we practice awareness of the sounds we hear in life through our inner ear. The more proficient we become in using our inner ear to locate and open the chakras in our body. In the exercises that follow, we will bring the elements of awareness, the breath and the inner ear together at the specific location and frequency of each of the seven chakras in the body, reinvigorating our energy body and bringing us more clarity, greater joy and vibrant health. When we speak of the inner ear, we are talking about the innate faculty of all human beings to imagine sound as if they are hearing it with their mind. The biological inner ear refers to the semi circular kernels and cochlea which form the organs of balance in hearing and are embedded in the temporal bone. The inner ear we refer to is able with some development to generate and listen to tonal thoughts forms. At the same time, like any audio speaker, your inner ear uses the signal from your mind to induce an electromagnetic field that is converted to a physically qualitative vibration. Our mind is like a radio station sending a signal, our inner ear tunes into the signal and converts a signal to a physical vibration. In our case, the physicality is sensory and operates at the subtle plane of our nervous system. When we tune to different frequencies with our inner ear, we are activating different aspects of energy to locate in different areas of the body. So we singing with this mind and listen with the body as if it were one action. We are awakening this dormant ability to tap into the source of all creation may or may not happen overnight. But with an open mind, some imagination and motivation, you will learn and remember your true nature and power tonal chakra development. Now that we have an understanding of the energy bodies and of the components of the tonal chapter development system, tone, chronic breath and awareness. We can begin to put it to practice while the exercise is put forth in the Tonal Chapter development system can be done in a seating, standing or prone, lying down position. We will start in the seating position for descriptive purposes, but you should choose whatever position is most comfortable for you. Begin by taking a moment to relax and clear your mind, then set the tone of your inner ear. Setting the tone is how we will describe the activation of a given frequency within the inner ear. For the purpose of these exercises. You don't need to worry much about your thoughts rambling. Because as soon as you set the tone in your inner ear, your attention is drawn to that tone. Once you have set the tone, we will ask you to raise or lower that tone to coordinate with the location of one or more of the chakras. This is your awareness at work modulating the tone of your inner ear. Well, while feeling its effect in your body and bringing the two into harmony at this point. While your tone is harmonizing with your chakra, we will ask you to breathe into a chakra that is being activated. When we use the word breathe, we are talking of chronic breath, drawing energy through the body with abdominal breathing and awareness. Let's begin the energy buddy. We are much more than just flesh and bone. We are more than our intellect, our emotional content and our beliefs beyond these qualities we are energy. Energy is the commonality in every human being, the medium of all existence. And the quality of that energy is love. Love is a language that commands the energy we are personally responsible for. And the inspiration that touches the love of others energy itself is neutral. The same quantum energy sustaining you and me is the same energy that sustains a tree. The hidden force that directs this energy is love and love is a quality that every human being can manifest. Each individual is the center of their own reality. In a reality of innumerable individuals, we are the energy that we see outside of ourselves. And we are personalized in this quantum energy field by our energy body. Think of an egg and imagine you are the yolk sustained by the nutrients of the amniotic fluid in a cozy bubble around you and nurtured through the warmth and attention of the mother hen. We are the yolk and our energy body is the amniotic fluid that permits and suspends us in a field of energy. The mother hen is love creating and nurturing into life, a love which is of its own as we begin to work with our energy body opening and clearing the seven chakras in the body. We will start physically feeling this energy on a quantum level. We will also become aware of any imbalances within our energy body. When these imbalances arise, it is necessary to clear the energy that may get stuck in your energy body. Once it is released from your physical body, if a blockage is released into the energy body without clearing it, then that blockage will return to show up somewhere else in the body. The exercise in the tono chakra development system are intended to open the seven major chakras in the body and clear all energy from the energy body I say intended because it is our intention that creates great changes and growth in our life. The benefits of an open energy body are endless. With more clarity, greater health and higher spiritual awareness, we naturally emerge as the authentic personalization of our true self. Think of your energy body like your galactic vehicle. First, you need to familiarize yourself with the controls, then you need to learn how to operate it, confidence build as you take it around the block a few times. And then before you know it driving the vehicle becomes the second nature and you choose your destination and go the destinations of your energy body are higher dimensions and with full awareness of your energy body, you can go there. The key to growth is the introduction of higher dimensions of consciousness into our awareness, activating the seven checkers. The exercises that follow are meant to bring new energy into our chakra as we clear out old energy that may have gotten stuck and bring balance to our body, injury, trauma or just having a bad day can block energy from flowing freely through your energy body. We open the tractors by removing the old energy as we bring in the new energy and then grounding the energy. At the end of each exercise, grounding connects us to the planet and aligns the electrical energy in our bodies. We will end each exercise by bringing our awareness to the connection of our root chakra to the planet. Then we let any excess energy drain out of our body and into the center of Mother Earth until balance is felt throughout our body. Remember, these exercises are are meant as an introductory guide to tonal energy work as well as an accessory to any practice. You may already be doing so feel free to improvise, begin exercising a sitting position and settle into a rhythmic abdominal breathing pattern. Again, when we say breathing to any location in the body. In the exercises that follow, we are referring to drawing chronic breath from the abdomen to the location of the tone that you have set in your inner ear. Once we draw the breath to the location of our inner tone, we will suspend the breath for as long as it is comfortable and then slowly excel as we hold our inner tone, letting the panic energy that we've drawn with the breath, expanding the location of our awareness. This expansion will feel as if you are filling up with warm energy in the chakra. You, you are bringing your awareness to it. The locations we will be focusing on in the exercises that follow are those of the seven chakras in the body. As you set your tone and bring awareness to your breathing. Imagine that you are filling up with light as you inhale and then feel the body relax and let any tension release. As you excel begin slowly breath after breath, releasing tension where you may find it like melting an ice cube into a bottle and then feeling the puddle evaporate as your energy expands bit by bit. Your energy body is activated as trauma and injury erode with the tonal tights of your new abilities. Then your chakras or are all open at the same time of the energy centers in your body merch into one. Imagine feeling like a wonderful force of light shining forth from a quarter of ecstatic bliss. The light has no boundaries and the bliss be be consent. This expansion to no end, there are no boundaries to eternity and we are eternal beings. The techniques of tonal chakra development are meant to guide your awareness through the exploration of your energy body. These exercises are not regimental. You can start where you want according to your own proficiency, everyone is different and carries different energies accumulated from our lifetimes. We have different bodies and different personality is we think and feel differently. We have different karma, a person who has feared trauma will need to work more on the root chakra. Whereas a person with anger issues will struggle in opening their heart. This means that in the beginning, some chapters will be easier to work with than others. While grounding your energy is probably the most important part of any energy work. You may find it difficult opening your root chakra at first. So we will begin the first exercise by bringing your your awareness to your lower chakras. So you get a feeling of your inner tone, interacting with your energy body, you want to feel and find the easiest point of access to begin bringing tonal awareness to and then go from there. An example could be that your energy opens up in your naval chakra first. You would then lower your tone until you feel energy at your pri chakra. Let it open and then move on down to your root chakra. No matter where your energy opens first, always ground it at the beginning of its practice. You will be doing all of this instantaneously once you put it all together. But for now, it's best to be free from distraction. You want to complete any exercise before doing any anything else. And if you have to stop, do it gently settle your energy.
