Hello, this is Mia Golem. And today we're going to go through some presentation based audio clips. Good morning. Today we're gonna go over your scorecard as a supplier for our company. So in general, in our plastics division, you are rated as number three within our supply chain. This is for a couple of reasons. First, your on time delivery is at a percentage of 95 while your competitors are closer to 98%. So you're gonna wanna increase that a little bit. Um, get things to us a little closer to on time in order to be able to progress with further contracts. The second part of that, um, is your DPP M score, which is your defective parts per million. So, defective parts per million shipped to our facility. We are counting that as an overall. Um, so any shipment that we send back to you, um, it counts for that whole quantity, not just the pieces that you end up sorting out and sending back to us. Uh, we don't count just the bad ones. We count the shipment as bad. So your DPP M score here, which should be under 1500. Ideally, is closer to 2000. So we'd like to see that number reduced. That being said it is only because of one shipment that happened. And we do have a corrective action to follow up on that. So you should be in a better position for next quarter as long as you follow through with that corrective action from the quality standpoint, so we can get our delivery times up a little bit better. Um And the corrective action works for the quality portion of this. We should be fine for Q four.
