in this session, you'll be asked to answer some questions about your background, your attitudes and your experiences. There are no right or wrong answers. We just want to know what's true for you. The computer would give you feedback based on your answers and a personal report you can take with you. You will also get a handbook that goes along with the Journey to Change program. This guide is your roadmap for change. At the end of the session, the computer will ask what you thought about this program. Your input will help us make improvements. Over the next five months, you'll be asked to participate in two Mawr computer sessions. They'll help you see how you've changed.
