Look around and question What do we do if someone falls down a flight of concrete stairs? What if, as a result of a small fire in the kitchen, someone suffers severe burns? First aid refers to emergency care provided for injury or sudden illness before emergency medical treatment is available. Are you prepared when developing a first aid program?
