Hi, my name is general real from city to city Philippines and I am 30 years old, way back in college. I already thought becoming call center agent and after I got with it I tried to apply to different call center company here in Cebu but unfortunately I wasn't able to get a job during my first few times. So um after two months I have a friend who is working in a call center and I wasn't, I wasn't so sure what's their account there or what's their campaign there? Um I just badly need a job at that time, so I did not hesitate myself to apply. So luckily I got my first job, so that was an outbound sales campaign or we're doing um sales over the phone, it was a hard selling um campaign because we are asking a confidential information from the customer to before placing their orders online and up until now I'm doing telemarketing um cold calling setting appointments just recently. I've been, I've been a part to a real estate company way back um July and I just ended this January eight because they decided to end my term. Um What we do that time is we're just calling a human owners to see if they're considering selling their property and if they're not interested, then we are offering a refinance or a mortgage Lohan.
