Payment is managed through our SurePay™ payment protection service: 1. Pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal through Voices. 2. Voices holds your funds until you're satisfied with Justin's work. 3. When the work is done, download your files.

I work closely with every one of my clients to make sure things sound exactly the way they want them. I highly recommend a 30-minute directed session to do a couple of takes to dial in the sound before continuing on anything over a few 1000 words.

If I incorrectly pronounce something, I'll do pickups and recording for free. Script changes and changes in direction after the style was previously approved may cost extra dependent on the severity and length of script.

I offer 30-minute directed sessions for $50. I work with Zoom and Source Connect for most sessions, but if you have a specific platform your team uses, just let me know. I'm happy to work with what you are comfortable with.

If you need more than 10 files for your prompts, expect to pay $1 per additional file. (If it's one or two more file splits, don't worry about the extra, but if it's 100 more then let's talk. I'm reasonable and open to negotiating large projects)
