Hello. My name is Catherine. Welcome to my guided meditation. Today we're on a mission to relax, to put anxiety in its place and to feel better. Please get yourself now in a comfortable position. Relax your posture and try to just let your body hang. Now it's important when you do your breathing to be very, very relaxed. So at the count of three, one to three, taking a deep breath and count to five. Hold that breath for five seconds and now release. Now, this time, when you do it, really try to do it without thinking about anything. There will naturally be thoughts coming in and out of your mind. And really try not to think about anything is not easy. But don't try too hard at it. Were actually trying to try without trying. If that makes any sense, and what you're wanting to do is to achieve a sense of equanimity, to be okay with the way things are. So now, taking another deep, soothing breath, hold it for another five seconds and then push that air out. We should start to be feeling a little more relaxed now, and that's a good thing
