last year I started driving a school bus as a second job to supplement my income. It wasn't something I ever thought I'd do, it just kind of fell into my lap and I ran with it. I've come to really love it and the kids I drive at the end of last year, after the kindergarten graduation, a mom of one of the little girls I drive sent me a picture. It was of her of her daughter in a little graduation cap holding a sign that said when I grow up, I want to be a school bus driver. She told me that during their ceremony they asked all the kids why they made their choices and she told her class that she has the best bus driver ever and she wanted to be just like me when she grows up. Right then I knew that this strange path that fell into my lap was exactly where I was meant to be at that time. I'm not gonna lie. There were a few tears and if I were the grinch, my heart would have grown tree sizes that day.
