This meditation is framed around the closing of your day. You're already in your sleeping place. Your body is still in a comfortable position. Bring your awareness to your breathing. Nothing to change here. Nothing to noticing. Notice how it feels to inflate your lungs. How long your body chooses to and the sensation a second, you may feel your body settle even further in as you let yourself simply. When you notice your mind has drifted into thoughts, allow yourself to sink back into awareness of the sensations of breathing. Nothing for you to do but breathe as you sink deeper into the sensations of your body, bring a wish and well being for yourself to surface floating upwards from your depths. I'd be happy. May I be well? May I live with ease? Simple and irreducible? The wish to permeate your total awareness? When your mind begins to drift with defining the, let the words come back to you as breathing. May I be happy? May I be well with e for this much space within you, your body may be ready for, be ready for something else that's perfectly fine as you draw this moment to yes mistakes to be made. Simply you're breathing, simply you here.
