AFC F T A was established to increase the productivity and economic growth of member states through trade liberalization. It's a huge opportunity for accountancy professionals to create sustainable value for citizens and help build a better world. 1600 finance and accounting professionals from 22 professional accountancy organizations took part in a collaborative research by and AC C A and identified key priorities for the profession. We must help increase trade between African countries to achieve sustainable economic development and deliver the benefits for society use and develop our technical professional and technological skills to drive change, analyze barriers to trade, to help businesses and help non finance professionals, key institutions and policy makers break them down work to encourage harmonization of ecosystems to ease in intercontinental trade in Africa, which is central to maximizing the AFC F T Agreement across industries, helping Africa realize its vision for sustainable economic development through barrier free trade.
