Once you click the pencil icon, you'll be able to write a message from scratch. You can customize the text and the link. Then you can use the camera icon to attach an image or a video file. Once you attach a file, you'll see an additional blue drop down appear with even more settings to configure. When you've finished creating the message and filling out the settings, you can then scheduled a message for a specific date and time to publish to all of your friends.
