We can either choose to put our hope in the world or we can put our hope in the one who never changes. So here's some ways that you can find peace even in tough circumstances. The first is by doing what only you can do and then allowing God to do the rest. Sometimes God will call us to act in those tough situations. But other times he's gonna call us to pray and surrender those things to him. The second thing you can do is prioritize your mental health things like going to church, serving, reading your bible consistently, All add to your mental health. But you may take this time to open up to some friends or your life group or even trust in a professional counselor. The last thing is you want to lead with love. It's sometimes hard when we disagree with somebody, but we are called to love people as christ has loved them. We can find peace even in tough circumstances.
