Hans Anderson, 18 05 to 18 75 Denmark's beloved ugly duckling was the son of a poor Odense shoemaker and first heard the traditional folk tales and his grandmother's knee. He was an actor, poet and novelist before he turned to fairy tales in 18 35 after he had published several accounts of his European travels, his novel improve it. So Tauron drew some praise from critics. In that same year, he published evident here Wonder Tales, his first book of varied stories, and followed it with other books in the same vein. Until 18 72. He had the S interest e. Of the true artist, but was welcomed in European social circles as a gentle and sensitive celebrity. His fresh perception off the old tales, his power of vivid description and his sympathy for the misfortunes of his fellow men as well of us of his fictional characters have made him the world's most famous author of fairy tales. His work stand today as he wrote them, incapable of being improved or rewritten. Thank you very much. Have a wonderful day
