Today, we're going to go through some yoga postures to help with back pain. Before we get started, we're going to go into abdominal breathing. I'd like you to place one hand on your chest. So the right hand on your chest and the left hand on your belly, feeling your belly expand as you breathe in. So, breathing into the abdomen and as you breathe out, fill your belly contract as you breathe out, the feeling of loneliness can be all consuming. You can feel lonely on your own and even when you're around others come into a comfortable position that feels right for you. Perhaps closing your eyes or dropping your gaze, taking a deep breath in as you inhale and exhale, I'd like you to become aware of any thoughts passing through with a sense of curiosity and non judgment.
