This is a story called Goodbye bramble bramble. The cow lived on a very old farm, bramble was quite old too, but she gave enough milk for Farmer Warren and his family. The Children loved bramble, and she could wander anywhere she liked. Well, almost anywhere bramble had many friends. Her best friend charlie lived next door every morning charlie went off to work with old Mr Hopper. Then one day everything changed. Bramble found her favorite shady tree chopped down. There were new fences and her old meadow was plowed up. Worst of all, she couldn't talk to charlie. Farmer Warren was building a new cow shed and brambles soon found out why the new cows gave lots of milk bramble, knew she wasn't needed anymore. That night the Children came and hugged her. It felt like goodbye. The next morning there was a cattle Laurie in the farmyard. Where am I going? Thought bramble sadly. It was market day in the nearby town, and bramble felt very lost At last it was bramble's turn in the selling ring, but who had bought her bramble, had another journey in a lorry before she could find out what a surprise old Mr hopper was her new owner. Every morning bramble gave mr hopper just enough milk for his breakfast. She and charlie had great fun together, and their friends from the farm often came over to see them, and that's the end of the story
