Jacob Walles, Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares poem When you call Gordon, get ready to fire that bad chef Jordan. He comes to help the place, but you tell him to get off your case. He finds the expired cream. Is this a bad dream? He says It's very chilling. When he asked How old you say it's from last Thanksgiving. The counters are grinding and filthy. There's even some old spilled chili. He speaks in a very angry tone. You think Gordon has a heart made of stone? A scream comes from the dining room. You prepare to meet your inevitable doom, and then there's a dead rat by the door. Who knows what else is on this evil floor? The customer stumbles back into the wall. Ah, buzz in your pocket you're getting call If you look at your cracked screen, the outcome of this you could have never foreseen. It's your bank. You're over $50,000 in debt. Your face is covered in newly formed sweat. The world is spinning like a top. You're like a bull in a china shop. The customer has run away. None of this is at all. Okay, Gordon shakes his head you're so mad you think you might be dead. Your shoes seem to pull you forward even though it fuels. I hear cornered. You look Gordon in the eye and then months have passed and you're on the street. Your stomach growls. You have nothing to eat. You've lost everything. You had your wife. Why is your life so full of hardship and strife? Maybe if you'd listen to Gordon, Maybe if you had actually fired Jordan. But you sent him away. It's your loss. But there's still one question. Where is the lamb sauce?
