I grew up learning that errands really were your own special self care, disguised as important business. My mom would say she is going out for errands, which usually meant a hair appointment. Self care for me isn't just care for your being, but the things you own, they are an extension of you. They need love too. So treat yourself and treat your belongings with care and praise.
